libmono-upnp-cil software package provides client/server libraries for UPnP -- CIL assemblies, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmono-upnp-cil
libmono-upnp-cil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmono-upnp-cil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmono-upnp-cil *
You will get with libmono-upnp-cil package name, version, architecture and description in a table
